Welcome to GamingTech.pk (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website GamingTech.pk (the “Site”) and our GPU repair and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. Services

Gaming Tech Pakistan provides professional GPU repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and related technical services. All services are performed by qualified technicians, and we strive to ensure the highest quality standards.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service for any device that appears damaged beyond repair or poses safety concerns.

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.

2. Service Process

  • Customers are required to provide accurate details about their GPU and any previous repair attempts or modifications.

  • Upon receiving your device, we will conduct a diagnostic and inspection process to identify the issue and provide an estimated repair cost and turnaround time.

  • A processing/diagnosis/bench fee is charged in advance, depending on the expected work required for your device. This fee covers the time, tools, and testing resources used to evaluate the issue.

  • All devices are accepted for repair on a “Dead Approval” basis, meaning that there is an inherent risk of the device becoming completely non-functional (“dead”) during testing or repair. This may occur due to pre-existing internal faults, previous repair attempts, or the delicate nature of electronic components. GamingTech.pk will not be held responsible in such cases.

  • No repair work will begin until the customer approves the quoted cost. If a customer declines repair after diagnosis, the diagnostic/bench fee remains non-refundable.

  • Once repairs are completed, devices must be collected within the warehouse holding period of 3 to 7 days after notification. Devices not collected within this period may incur storage charges or be disposed of in accordance with company policy.

  • All completed repairs come with a warranty only for the same issue repaired, as stated on the warranty card provided. The warranty period and conditions will be mentioned clearly on the official GamingTech.pk Warranty Card.

  • Warranty is only valid when the original GamingTech.pk warranty card is presented. Without this card, no warranty claims, rework, or free support can be offered.

3. Warranty and Limitations

  • All repairs come with a limited service warranty (typically 3–7 days, depending on the type of repair). The warranty covers only the repaired components, not the entire device.

  • Warranty is void if:

    • The device is opened or tampered with by anyone other than our technicians.

    • The device is physically or liquid damaged after repair.

    • Software issues arise unrelated to the original repair.

  • Note: Due to the sensitive nature of electronic components, some repairs carry a risk of further damage. While rare, Gaming Tech Pakistan is not liable for incidental or consequential damages that may occur during or after repair.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made in full upon completion of the service.

  • We accept cash, bank transfer, or other payment methods as listed on our website.

  • Any unpaid balance after 30 days may result in additional fees or withholding of the repaired device.

5. Data and Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We recommend that you back up your data before submitting your device. We are not responsible for data loss during diagnostics or repair.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must collect their repaired devices within 30 days of notification. After this period, Gaming Tech Pakistan reserves the right to dispose of or resell unclaimed devices to recover costs.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact and pickup information.

7. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every precaution, Gaming Tech Pakistan shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of data, functionality, or performance.

  • Delays caused by parts availability or shipping issues.

All repairs are done at the customer’s own risk, especially for devices previously repaired or modified by third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and graphics—is the property of Gaming Tech Pakistan and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
